Service was pleasant, and food came out fast. The vermicelli with pork was good but the pork was a tiny bit dry, and I was surprised and disappointed that I couldn't substitute a spring roll for a fried roll (I'm gluten-free and can't eat the fried roll) - the spring rolls and egg rolls are the same price on the menu. With so many options, I don't know that I would rush back.
Delicious and filling food at a good price! I love that they have the yummy bottles of Thai iced tea in their fridge. I will be back.
This place is pretty rad, i came when they first opened, but I wasn't super impressed, now i've been twice for lunch and it's actually pretty good. The Hue's Soup today was exceptional. The prices are just right and the service is pretty spot on. I would definitely come back.
Staff were just polite and friendly. Food was delicious. We got pho and the kids said it was great. Also a nice treat to have some boba tea.
We love the City Market and all the delicious ethnic food options. Last time we were down there we popped in here for some Pho, and as always, it was fantastic. We also ordered spring rolls and crab rangoon. The place is always clean and the service is prompt. It is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants.
Tasty and authentic . The banh Xeo is massive . Recommend at least two to make a dent . The service is good. Staff is attentive. I got the bun reu . The broth was tasty and seafood-y with a hint of fermented taste ( slightly turned ) but I love that stuff.
Great pho. I'm glad the broth wasn't sweet because many restaurants make it way too sweet. The grilled pork with rice was really good as well.
Nothing negative here. I had the combination beef pho, which was fresh and good, but not great, to my taste the broth was a little flat, but definitely a well-above-average version of pho. The pork nem were really nice. Decor and staff pretty much a pleasant version of just about every mid-level Vietnamese restaurant -- all the way down to the omni-present boxes stacked in the hallway leading to the restroom. The restaurant was buzzing on a Saturday afternoon, and service was very quick and pleasant. I would not hesitate to stop in again.
My go to spot for Vietnamese in KC. They have a wide selection of items which you can't find at some restaurants. Service is good, they are actually attentive. They were very accommodating to my mom who had dental work and made some adjustments for her. 10/10 recommend.
